Emersyn Rose, and I write "
Balance Your Mind and Thrive" blog to help students like me and professionals in the workplace find a practical, manageable, and realistic ways to care for ourselves even in the middle of a hectic school/workday. I started this blog in 2023, when the
stress of my personal and school life started affecting my
mental health. I had
anxiety,
burnout, and many nights of low sleep that came apart of my daily routine due to a lack of balance of things in my life. My own struggles with mental health really taught me how important it is to create balance, rest, and incorporating
